Anyone had to price tires lately? The cost has skyrocketed in last 6 months! Went up with crude oil prices but not coming down??

I haven't seen much difference in our tire vendor for the Toyo MTs or Proxes ST... about $15 each.

I bought some Toyo MT's about 1 month ago. Paid $325 a tire for them. Most I have ever paid for a set of tires but that was the best deal I could find on them.

Quick question, I looked at my bank account today and it shows that the IRS refunded $300 more than expected. The transaction is still pending with the bank. My taxes are all goofy so I was only expecting $440 and my bank shows $740.

Is this normal?

Not sure....never filed electronically. But with the new "friendlier' IRS, I do remember reading something about them being required to refund all $ due, instead of applying it against next yr.

You should receive a letter explaining any changes made to your filed return.

I would not spend it till I knew why I got it. On the other hand, if they are depositing more than expected....and you know the deposit is from the IRS, why not count on it!
