Our 1991 Avion 35M 5ver's wall paper is getting loose in the corners and needs a makeover. We've researched and asked about re-wallpapering the rv and learned that's not a good idea, so we've decided to paint.
My friend paints professionally and he's going to help. My wife picked out a good textured semi-gloss interior paint mixed with sand from Lowes and we'll start tomorrow. Textured paint was recommended because of the glue residue texture stuck on the walls. It will actually enhance the texture.
Today I removed all of the wallpaper and got it ready to prep.
I hope this project works and wish me luck.

So far, I'm impressed! We're not done, but its looking good. The texture walls give a more house or home feeling. I can't wait to take after pictures.
