Are you available for financial planning consultation, or perhaps asset management services?

Rusty, I's sure that financialplannerbob would be happy to take your money and "invest" it in fuel for his next trip. Probably wouldn't result in much financial gain for you but just think how happy it would make Bob and the missus!

Wink Prodigy - - about $100

Those that have moved from time based to Prodigy love it. Those that moved from Prodigy to Jordan love it. Most of those that have moved from Jordan to Brakesmart say it is even smoother than Jordan. Take your choice.

Brakesmart monitors brake fluid pressure. Jordan monitors the position of the brake pedal. Prodigy monitors deceleration of the truck.
I have used both on furd 250 and furd 350 dully and I liked the prodigy as far as hooking up different trailers and easily changing adjustments to soot the trailers needs. I thin picked up the prodigy on ebay for $100. with wiring harness and shipping. I puled my toy hauler last year about 10.000 miles out west with my 04.5 2500 and LOVED it. Have fun and travel safely. MILES PH

Is the Brakesmart back in business?

They apparently sold to Dr. Performance.

Kind of dull around here without FiverBob chanting "Jordan, Jordan, Jordan...".

We just did 2700+ miles with our rig and the Jordan was flawless. The total weight combined was a little over 21k and you wouldn't know the trailer was there when stopping. Highway speeds or stop and go, never a concern and always in total control. I can't say enough good things about this product, except......money well spent.

Installation was a snap.

Installation is a snap, but.... try to keep the cable fairly straight or it can cause problems. I had to remount mine after a while.

I had gone through a few controllers and then bought the Jordan. I liked it so much that I wanted to cover my butt, bought a backup unit. It still sits on my computer bench. Never had a problem with the Jordan for a couple of k of miles.

Just got the Jordan in and I installed it in about half an hour. I was so excited (for some reason) I went and loaded up the trailer to 12k and went for a haul. It is as good as you all say it is. The best 140 I've spent in a while. You really don't feel the trailer at all. No more jarring at slow speeds. I highly recomend this unit. Thanks all for turning me on to the jordan.

Glad you like that unit - - I sure do mine. Now you can have fun tweaking it a little bit. You can play with the length of the wire to set when the brakes start on. You can play with the position of the pedal clamp to determine how agressive they are in relation to the pedal position - - that is in addition to the manual setting on the controller. That is what I love about the thing - - it does what I want it to, not what it decides it wants to do. Enjoy.

Glad you found it to be as good as recommended. Can't be beat, for my money and peace of mind.

I'm running a 1993 (came dealer installed) tekonsha, and i will have to say It nice to have a quality, realitivly inexpensive, USA made product. They have great customer service too.

I have a 84 chevy and a 78 Dodge, both with the "plumbed in" hydrolics brak controllers. They work awesome. Why did they ever stop making them??
