King pin hight for trailers are standard to a point. You can back a big truck under an RV and pull it away, have done it before. The RV hitch is roughly the right hight as the big truck trailer kingpin. Generally 22.5 wheeled trailers are level at 48 inches. 24.5 wheeled trailers are level at about 52 inches. About the lowest you can go is 46 or so inches and then you will have a little foreward tilt. There is not much way that you can clear the pickup bed without the nose being way too high. For a standard big truck trailer you would have to remove the bed and go for a king pin hight of 46 or so.
Another problem comes up. RV trailers have a 0 inch king pin setting from the nose of the trailer and most even are set foreward. To turn a 96" wide trailer you need 52 inches to clear the cab with the side of the trailer. Most commercial trailers built for small trucks also have the 0 inch setting. A big truck trailer generally has a 36" king pin setting. Longer trailers have a 48" setting. A 96" wide trailer with a 36" kingpin setting with some rounding of the corners requires 5'6" to clear the corners for turns. Your truck is not long enough.
A big truck trailer unless it is all alumimum is over 10,000 pounds and is a full semi so the kingpin weight is roughly half of the weight of the trailer. That means 5000 pounds or better for an empty trailer. I haul 5000 king pin weight dailey but with that much weight you need the kingpin in front of the axle. So you cannot mount the kingpin behind the axle to allow turns. Without stretching the truck you cannot pull a full sized trailer.

I'll try to answer you....No One makes an adapter so you can move a semi-trailer because this would be dangerous and in some states against the law....all big rig trailers have air brakes....and to move it with a truck without air brakes you would need to disable the brakes (cage them)....second because the semi pin plate is flat it will not clear the pickup bed sides
If this is a one time move maybe a nearby truck driver would help you out

If you drive for a living, maybe it would be possible to use the company rig? If you have to buy or construct an adapter it maybe cheaper to rent a single axle tractor for the day?
Just my 0.02 so take it for what its worth.
