Trailers got one battery...want to hook up two.

Just a warning, <br>some or maybe most converters use the batteries as part of the filter for the DC output. In this case your converter may eventualy damage some of your 12V equipment. The better converters will have good enough filtering without the batteries. Your manual should tell you for sure. I read this on an RV site and checked with my manual and found that mine requires the batteries to be hooked up when the converter is on. Also, my last trailers converter had a jumper to adjust the charge rate, either for quicker or trickle charge.
