Slip Tank Clearance with gooseneck.

Hi all,

Not sure I'm posting this in the right section or not but I'm wanting to get a slip tank for added fuel stop range and the abillity to stock up on fuel where and when prices are a tick lower, that combined with the fact that I have managed to run the truck out of fuel on two seperate occasions.

So....

Another 50-100 gallon capacity would be nice.

What do you all reccomend?

I'm currently putting on about, 4500 miles a month in rural and sometimes remote locations, combined with pulling my gooseneck stock traileron a few 1300 mile trips a year (usually through the middle of night with few fuel stations open)

So I want the added capacity but don't want to interfere ith clearance on my trailer.

Anybody have ideas on good safe dimensions?

Any guess how close to the gooseneck ball I could go?

Thanks.

I will be having the AT68R-BR installed from Attatank in a month or so. About $1400 installed with their fuel management system. About 68 gallon capacity and will fit under my Undercover bedcover. This is about the largest I can fit in my short-bed with the bedcover on it.

I got a 35 Gal tank from TSC. It goes all the way across the front of the bed and is about 10-12" wide.

I just had ATTA put in a 50 gal tank. $1200.00. Nice clean install.
Now I just need to find someone to fill it for me.
