We sell/rent the Robin Subaru Inverter portables, 1700 watt to 4300 watt. I can say they are very quiet and are comparable to the Honda's, etc. Nice little rigs. I've been giving some thought to buying the 3200 for our 5er. Eitherway, give them a look and see what you think, www.robinsubaru.com

I have the Honda EU3000 and it has been excellent, only dislike is it's a heavy sucker to lift up on to the quad/sled deck. Buddy has a a 2400 Yamaha and it runs everything, just not at the same time. It's biggest plus is the 70 lbs or so it weighs.

We put Onan 4000w generators in our trailers. I can't say I have a lot of experience with running them... but I will tell you that we don't get any calls for problems with the generators.

One that I DO have experience with is the McCollough (even though I can't spell it). DO NOT buy a generator with that name on it. When I worked at Tractor Supply that unit had about an 85% return rate. No joke. Problems were about everything you can imagine.
