RW spacers
My trailer weighs close to 18,000lbs at normal load. I want to change to 235/85R/16, but wheels rub when loaded. Anybody know where I can get 1/2" spacers for DRW's?

Try arrowcraft, thats where I got my 2" spacers. Your 1/2" will be a totaly differant style than mine but I would think that they should have em. Top quality product and even better service. 248-280-0210 or you can just go to arrowcraft.com. Hope this helps

Not sure, is the inside tire rubbing the trailer frame; or, are the tires touching each other??
Some older style wheels are made with too little offset for the wider 235-85-16 tires; 7.50-16 tires are the same height, only narrower, and will not rub.
They are available in the same load ranges.
If you are going with new tires, I recommend getting the 7.50-16; they will run with no modifications.
If you already have good tires size 235-85-16, then I recommend getting later model wheels for the outside wheels only.
The later design wheels have a lot more offset to spread the tires apart.
Replacing the outside wheel with the newer style should keep the tires from touching.
Leave the wheels you have on the inside, because the extra offset of the newer wheels will cause interference with the trailer frame.
If you need to space the whole assembly farther out from the frame, get some 1/2 plate and lay a wheel on it.
Transfer punch for the lug holes and scribe the center hole.
Drill appropriate holes and have a lathe cut the outside and inside.
Any small un-balance will be negligible, as it will be close to the pivot center and not have enough leverage to cause a vibration.
