Pacbrake and other inline e brakes

I want to get an inline brake, incase I switch turbos, and have a few questions. I have a 98 24v auto.

What should I go with?
How much was it?
Where from?
Did you install it?
If so, how hard was it?
If not, how much was the install?
Did you have to buy anthing else to make it work properly.

And, anything else you want to share.
TIA,
Matt
