Overload springs - how do you tell if ya got em?

OK, for the dumb amongst us (namely me), what the heck do they look like? Are they just another leaf? Searched the forums but couldn't come up with a picture or description that I could understand? Per another recent post, concrete highways are driving me nuts too, with or without a trailer behind!

It's a 2nd leaf pack on top of the main leaf pack.

Axle, then block, main leaf pack another small block and the overloads.
