older camper

i just recently inherited a older camper thats about a 11.5 footer i think it will work on my truck but not sure never had a camper before lol any suggestions would be helpful don't know what year it is all i know is that gramps hauled it with a 63 chevy and i used to camp in it when i was a little kid
oh yes whats the best way to install the ancors on my truck?

There are a lot of anchor systems out there. You should probably go to an RV dealer and see whats available for a camper the big on a 2500.
If you don't have overload springs and anti-sway bars, you should also check into them.

I really like my Tork-lift anchors on the front. I have happijacs on the rear and they're fine. Dodge bumper is solid enuf. I had happijacs on the front of my old truck and with 4 wheelin and all they bent backwards and puckered a spot on the bed. I'd also suggest a heavy duty rubber mat under the camper. Really makes it stay in place and keep from f*cking up your bed.
