Mr. Flash parked his Corvette on a slight hill in the grass and it rained. He couldn’t move, it would just spin sideways. I had to pull him out with my truck, but before I would pull it, I had him admit that the truck was superior to the Vette. I know I’m mean but it was funny.

This would be the longest at #26,300 lbs.

The heaviest would be a Pettibone 6036 all-terrain forklift that weighed in at #20,990 lbs (according to the metal plate on it) on top of a 35 foot dual tandem gooseneck that weighs approx 9000 or so. All in all, somewhere around #38,000 GCVW. I won't pull this stunt again. The ramps flipped up when I unloaded the Pettibone and the trailer lifted the back end of my dually at least a foot off the ground. Then it pushed the truck forward about 2 feet and slammed it back down. Not good. But, thankfully I was driving a Dodge. I would have had to weld the frame back together if it were a Chevy!

oddest would have to be a small 6' utility trailer with some 300-400lbs concrete precast steps on it...would have fit in the bed but im too lazy to lift anything so i used the trailer so i could slide it off the ramp. then there was the small pickup that got forced into a ditch and hit a concrete drainage pipe system and completely removed the passenger side suspension. the front wheel had cut into the passenger door it was pushed back so far. i hooked up a strap and drug him 30' feet out of the way off the road with the truck on the frame on black top, that was fun for sure.

I moved an old Hough payloader today, it was DIW when i arrived at work , they were trying to clear the snow from the parking lot , and something let go , i towed it out of the way , and about 20 mins later the driver had it going again.

Also pulled a 79 ford 1/2 ton into the shop , the owner is doing a build up on it.

Ok, I'll get nailed for this. Back when I had my ol 6.O powerstroke I was pulling into a truck stop and noticed a semi stopped in the middle of the road with its flashers on that had just run out of fuel. Just as a state trooper pulled up behind him. I offered to pull the semi up to the fuel pump from the road as long as it was ok with him and the state boy. He said I could try but he was loaded halfway full. As the state trooper, cashier, my wife, and the driver watched debating the Ford's ability to pull the semi. I pulled it with little hesatation from the ol' powerjoke. I myself was a little impressed. I heard the cashier say "You won't see a Chevy do that. A Dodge would but not a Chevy"

A New Holland FP230 chopper at 12 feet wide, and a Kuhn FC4000 RG disc mower at 13'2" wide. Both trips over 40 miles.

I feel for ya. I hauled a 636 P, a newre version of the 6036, with solid tires no less. calculated weight at 42,000. Not a good a idea, but it had to move.

This Baker distilate tractor is from the late teens, If I rember right.

With my 2000 Chevy K3500 Crew Cab 4x4 I pulled a 2 wheel drive Dodge 12v attached to a 40' plus carnival ride out of the mud @150 feet. That was with a 350, 4:10 Auto in 4 low! Dang good truck, but really needed a diesel.

With my 2002 Dodge 3500 I have pulled out 2 Ford V-10's with stock trailers-loaded, One John Deere 4020 Tractor with the rear axle buried, a 12' x 16' Cattle Shed @10 blocks on ice, and I only bought my Dodge this past summer!

My 4020 isn't the largest thing to pull around....but not sissy load. I haven't weighed it, but I'm sure it is between 10,000 and 12,000 with the loader.

This is a very old picture, from when my 01 Ram was normal size. I have had to do this a few times, but this is the only time I took a picture. We have a private landing strip at our resort and sometimes pilots forget to put their landing gear down.

Where do you hook onto a plane to tow it?

Where did you hook on to that 337 to tow it?

I once towed an old sheepherder's wagon on a flatbed trailer...huge wind resistance. Soon as I turned into the driveway where I was delivering it, my '96 sunk in mud axle deep on both axles. Had to wait until next morning when it was froze to git her out.
