Maybe I could get a welder to fill it with water, and weld a bung on it. If I was to do the pic of the link I put in my 1st post, I would mount it about a in, above the bottom, and protect it from getting hit from something. I've even thought of just useing a syphon hose, and fill my main tank, while I take a little break from driving.

Well after thinking about this, I've come up with a plan, guys can jump in here anytime. What I found is that I can't make it a gravity feed, so I was looking a some of my old snowmobile, and yamaha's have a rubber cap that fits over a nipple in there tank, it has 3 oulet tube, fuel, vent, and one to run alone the tank for a site level, I will plug off all but the fuel outlet, they use a drop fuel line, with a filter on it. So I did some measuring, and it will fit over a nipple that goes on top my tank, will make a drop tube to just about go to bottom of tank. http://www.hackersyamaha.com/pages/o...1978/FUEL_TANK Part # 18. This setup will require a pump, brother gave me a onan, pt # 149-2331, 12 volt, will mount that probably under the bed, with a filter setup, should the filter be before the pump? Also I've read on here about once you start the pump, you can shutoff and suction feed will take over?? One person had a setup, as to where, fuel came out of the tank to a electric solenoid to open/shut fuel line off, then to a filter, then to the pump, then to vent tube on truck, can you do the vent tube?? I also read that there is a nipple on top of the main tank, capped off, I have'nt got under the truck to verify, if so, why can't I use that to fill my main tank? This fuel suction setup will be on the pass side bung on the tank, fill will be on the drivers side, tonnou cover, with velcro patch/flap over fill side, when not pulling the 5er.
