It wouldn't hurt to allow for the weight of snow in the winter . More than a few drivers have been fined for being over on axle weight from carrying heavy , weight snow . I'd shy away from a Ford though . There's a reason you don't see many of them out there . Their service network on the road is very limited . Most F-650's are used locally and serviced by a local dealer .
Aint that the truth. I just like the way they look and i wouldnt mind driving that around town by itself. I know if i get a rig, its gonna sit in storage when not in use.

If you are going Med duty stay away from Ford and GM, there dealer networks suck for med repairs. Pete, KW, Freightliner, and Sterling are all going to have much better hours and faster turn around times. You always see there dealers open 24/7 for service. I know a couple of guys with 4500/5500 Chevy's and thats the biggest complaint, no dealer network to support the commercial driver.

Yah, i think im staying away from the 650 now, its not big enough, its to **** expensive, well cheap compared to a new pete, and of course the repairs. What do you guys think of volvos, they are cheap and have low miles with detroit motors!!! Any ideas???? I see one im interested in but it sounds to good to be true at 38k with only 200k something miles with 6 car trailer and sleeper
