Hey guys just wanted to share a GOOD experience I had with a company...

I have had a Mac-Lander brand flat bed trailer for about 10 years or so, and it was looking pretty bad paint wise, but still a really good trailer, so I sanded re-primed and painted....Looks great again! Only one problem, all the decals are gone. So I e-mailed them and told my story......And about 3 days later I got a big envelope in the mail with every sticker that was on the trailer new, even the "Tighten lugnuts before every trip" one. They sent nine decals in all!!!

May not seem like a big deal, But they didn't have to do that.....

Well that's my story.

Some companies understand the value of good customer service..

I built a cart for my Hypertherm 1250 plasma torch, I did the same thing you did. I now have Hypertherm stickers for the newly painted cart.

Let me throw in my 2 cents for the MaxBrake brake controller. I had a leaking connector, called up MaxBrake and they sent me a WHOLE new brake controller set. I used the parts I needed (only 2) and sent the rest back with a thank you note.
