Looking for tilt deck trailer
I am looking for a tilt deck trailer, but it must have the following
16-18' total length, with full length tilt.
14k suspension
steel deck
But I cant find any companies that offer one. Let alone the price ranges
Any help? Thanks

You didn't look to hard! H&H makes the exact trailer you want, all the bells and whistles, cost around $6000!
http://www.hhtrailer.com/05GooseneckEX.asp 14K gooseneck $8000
http://www.hhtrailer.com/05SpeedLoaderEX.asp 12K 22ft. $6000
Steel deck is too slippery and will rust and look like crap in a couple yrs. Wood deck is better! With 14k gvw you need big 235/85/16 tires and with a short deck of 16-18 ft. the loading angle will be too steep, you'll want at least 22 ft. trailer.

That is the exact trailer you are looking for. Dual 7,000#'s for your 14k suspension, 16' long, Available options show a steel deck.
I love PJ trailers. they have a sweet build quality.

The steel decking is a must. I have a 18' 14k equipment trailer now, with the wood deck and it gets almost impossible to drag scrap metal on the bed.
I need to be able to drag chunks of dozer blades(scrap metals) and cars with no tires; no axles, etc up on the trailer with ease. My winch will do it on the wood deck but it tears it up pretty quick. That H&H 22 or 24' looks very nice, and is priced quite reasonable. Plus 6 more feet of decking would really help out.

The wiring in them is horrendous also , there are enough scotch locks on them to make almost any redneck proud....
Other than that , it tows very good, and is very solid , i just dis like the tilt operation it leaves about 4' at the front that is basically useless , because your load has to be as short as the tilt, which doesn't always work, i like a trailer with a dove tail much better.
