Length limit law for SRW trucks?
I heard a rumor of a new law restricting non-dually (3/4 ton & SRW 1 tons) to pulling goosenecks 18 feet or shorter. Anybody heard of such a thing ?

Have not, but sounds like BS to me. A 18' gooseneck is very small and they would have to include 5th wheels as well. My TT is 30 ft (I wish it was a 5th wheel) and it's ok, a 5th or goose is much safer to pull expecially in the wind.
What I CAN see would be states cracking down on folks who have 5th or goose bed loads and CGVW greater than the vehicle is rated for.
