i usually run about 5 over,whether the speed limit is 45 or 80.and yes (FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT NEVER LEAVE THE NORTHEAST)there are many 75-80 zones in the southwest. i think i keep my truck and trailer in excellent condition as far as hotshot trucks go.i think if it was considered unsafe,one of the many LEOs out there would let me know when i pass them at 80.i guess thats why we have speed limits in the first place?hmmm

Ya know,,,,,,,, I think the coil spring on the rear shock of my Electra Glide is about the same size as that.......
If your truck sags bad enough to need this "Here,, hold my beer and fire up the welder" piece of engineering,,,,,,, You really need to think about buying a bigger truck.
And on a side note: If you've never seen "The Long, Long Trailer",,,,,, it's hilarious! I laugh every time I see it.
