some air bags would have been nice... and maybe a working brake controler, it keeps shorting out. took a little while to get it stoped.

That would more than likely get you the blue light special here in VA.

the pics suck i took them with my phone. tractors are about 50 horse, front one has a aerator on the back, its a top dresser/spreader on the back. 40' trailer and my truck. pretty sure it was 30k+. we usually use a dually to pull it.

Guys like you are a menace on the highway (bsjo4)and should be caught and fined as hard as the law allows!
No wonder the DOT picks on smaller trucks and trailers when some wannabe truckers hauling a semi load with his pickup, and no brakes to boot.
Class act you are man, Im glad my family doesnt have to drive the same roads you are driving!

some people worship the law book more than the bible! i dont do this every day, this load was pulled 5 to 10 miles on open roads did not even come close to any other cars, max speed 50 mph, its not a big deal, GET OVER IT!
oh and buy the way... the dually it is usually pulled with is all legal, it meets all DOT requirements and it can kill people too!

So what it still wasnt safe even if you only pulled it one mile.
The law book has nothing to do if it was safe or not.
Look at the front wheels lifting up and the back end sitting down.
Your truck cant handle it and you shouldnt be so proud of your unsafe , overloaded and illegal load.

And sometimes you just do what you gotta do. No big deal. Heck I have move peanut wagons (goole it if you need too) with a Honda 2wd 300 b/c that was what I had there at the time and that was what needed doing.
Was that safe HELLL NO but I did it with caution and I lived to tell the story.

Did you look at the pic???
I am sitting firmly on the helper springs .

I promise you this is one of the best looking loads of this past straw season
for the most part I only loaded 20 bales at the time unless they were uniform and I had a pretty good haul to get them delivered (40+ miles)
