17 5x6 very tight bales, on a 40' dual tandem with 2 15k axles, average wieght per bale was 1800, dew was heavy or something, after weighing i decided to make only one trip 33miles really needed to make three but i know my limits.

I hauled 600 4x4x16's yellow pine and a unit (735) 1x4x8's for work for about 70 miles. I wieghed in at 33,400 gcw on a CAT scale. It took a while to get going but did great when I gained speed on the highway. It was a little nerve racking to see that G/N flex when I hit a pothole

Three cords of green almond firewood on a 8600# GN dump trailer from cental valley into sierras. Heavy enough to only make 30-35 mph on the steeper parts of the highway.

Wow, you guys sure do tow some weight. Don't you have any concerns about stopping when your towing 20k+ pounds?

Yeah, a little. Just make sure to go to the bathroom before hitting the road. I don't have an exhaust brake on my truck....yet. Hopefully pretty soon!

With a good trailer and brake control you should be able to stop in the same distance as unloaded, as long as the trailer isn't over capacity.

My loads are pretty light compared to some of these guys!

On my biggest load so far, I hauled a 15K + tractor about 400 miles. Stopped at the CAT Scales on the way and the weights were as follows.....5020 frt axle, 6200 rear axle, 15160 trailer axles......for a total GCVW of 26,380lbs.

...

And this is my current RV set up.....2004 Weekend Warrior FS2600 loaded up in this pic with 120 gallons of fresh water, 28 gallons of gasoline in the fueling station, 2 ATVs, generator, and bunch of other gear, etc. Front Axle 4700lbs, Rear Axle 5340lbs, and trailer axles 9440lbs for a GCVW of 19480 lbs.

7.3 idi ferd. Prolly just shy of 20k gross. The Cummins loved it but I wouldn't push the old chassis much harder

I pulled a 105,000 Semi that broke down during harvest last year 12 miles. I Pulled him threw the elevator so he could get unloaded
When I haul cattle I am in the 30-35,000 pound range When I haul grain I can get up to 42,000.

about 30,400 lbs

is the most that ive grossed with pictoral proof... now that i think about it the closest thing to that would be a 32 foot goose with a backhoe on it.... Other than that check out my gallery for some loads... Mind u this is without factory overloads... (wont be doin that again anytime soon)
