Hauled a different load for once. (pic)

My parents own a retail golf shop here in NW Indiana. I had a day where I was off so they called me up an asked if i could run to Joliet IL and pic up a big load for them. Turns out the big load was alot of golf clubs.... 1,500 Lbs worth of them. It was a different load for me to haul plus it was tall too so i got a picture of it. And I noticed my truck rode alot smoother and still got pretty good fuel mileage even though the pallet of golf clubs acted like a sail and caught every hint of wind.

Thanks I thought it was a cool load to haul too. The last big thing i yanked behind the truck was a 22,000 lb steam engine up a hill so yeah it definately didn't break a sweat this time. Even though the truck rode very well with that load in it, i would not wanna make that a daily thing, it's way too high for my liking. I'd rather put up with "Hoss's Concrete Bedliner" over a really tall pallet of golf clubs to make it ride better!

BTW TxDiesel007, I like the front bumper you have on your truck. what make is it?
