Y all talk about being overloaded and illegal, I saw a half ton F+++ on the freway the other day with a half scoop of sand, 30 8x8x16 blocks and several bags of cement with a gardening trailer on the bumper and four people in a single cab. Truck had wide profile tires on it also.
Makes you wonder dont it??

Just for clarification, CA requires a Non-commercial Class A for those big TTs and 5ers. Not a special endorsement, not a CDL. That also only applies if you are a CA resident. A CDL is required to pull doubles in CA however.

I will say that my weight of 7070 in my megacab was without the hitch. Mine is the pullrite so probably nearly 300 lbs as well. Also 2 wheel drive helps the weight.

Talking Overweight

Try hauling out of a stone quarry or blacktop plant in New York.....The one in my area will not overload you as they were sued for overloading a truck that ended up in an accident.....PS had a buddy go through a bridge deck....overweight....State Police wieghed him on the spot
