Re:Grade Percentages
Ten meter activity has been pretty non-existent for any skip activity from my location - what are you seeing there? I just flipped the Kenwood 570 on - didn't hear a thing... I'm on 14.182 quite regularly working an RVing former neighbor now traveling in the New Orlean area. his cal is WX6M, Rich - listen in or break in anytime! ;D ;D

Re:Grade Percentages
The 10m was a brainfart, I shoulda said HF. I only went zero to General; the VE talked me into taking the element 4 exam cold, but only got a 50% (ummmm ..... a non-passing grade - sorry for the pun). So I'm a few freq's short of talking on .182.

BTW, I was playing with PSK last Saturday (day) on 10m and it was busier than heck.

Re:Grade Percentages
Hey, it was all about getting a decisive, no doubt about it, RIGHT answer... ;D ;D ;D
I might not think the method makes sense or is reasonable - but none of us can argue as to whether it's CORRECT or not - and sometimes it TAKES 4 pages to get to this point (for some of us...).
And guess what - no insults or name calling involved!
