I thing it's just a gag that someone spent a lot of time putting the plate on the tailgate etc. just to get a rise out of folks. I don't think he ever even attempted to pull it. No one is that stupid are they? Are they? Well, I hope no one is quite that stupid and driving a motorized vehicle.

I've seen a guy pulling a 20ft gooseneck flatbed off of his reciever hitch with a 3500 Dodge Cummins but that setup????????????????????????????????????
