I guess it depends on weight, and probably more importantly, profile.

I tow a 30' mid profile 5th wheel toy hauler and usually see 11.something...

I got 9.2 mpg at 70 mph in -30 weather towing two trailers, 72 ft long, 33,000 pounds and on the back trailer I had the power stairs...just a shade under 11ft at the top...nice wall to pull down the highway.

We went down to Nags Head, NC with the 5er and I got 13.5 pushing into the wind going down there and 14.5 on the way back. That was calculated by hand and about a third of the time I had OD locked out due to stop and go traffic and running under 50mph. The Cougar is 30',,, doulble-slides and right at 10K.

It's actually right by Camp Hatteras,,, it's a small park called Ocean Waves Campground. It was very neat and clean. Very reasonable too!
