You have to change the normal PacBrake wiring. Normal operation/wiring has the PacBrake compressor only operate when the Cummins ECM calls for exhaust brake activation. That is, normal operation if you didn't install the optional air tank for quicker activation. If I remember correctly, it's described as an option in the PacBrake installation instructions. What you want is the compressor to come on and pressurize your air tank after the truck is running and then turn off via a pressure switch. From there you would want a pressure line going to your air bag controller and a separate line going to the PacBrake solenoid off the tank. The ECM then controls the solenoid operation to the exhaust brake instead of telling the compressor when to start running.
