Axle differences

How can it have a different size spindle if it uses the same size bearing?

6,000 and 7,000 models use the same brake I believe.

Very interesting anyway, I wonder if there would be a model# stamped on the axle anywhere?

Originally he stated 8,000 lbs. which is a completely different axle than the 6,000 lbs. and 7,000 lbs. Generally the axles are marked with a stencil marking T60 or T70. The number after the T is the capacity. The only difference between the 5.2k, 6k and 7k is the nominal wall difference, the rest is the same.
