The added height of my new truck is going to cause some headache I know. I was just curious how the rest of you guys obtained the clearance between your bed rails and the overhang of the trailer?

I built up the frame a full 6" on my last 5th wheel.
It gave me 5" of clearance. flipping springs and or spacers weren't enough.
The floor of the 5th wheel bedroom area lined up flush with my bed rails before the lift.

I didn't and it looks like it's doing a wheelie, well kind of. It's not THAT bad, but I'd rather have it level of course. The last I heard is that DC was coming out with a factory lowering kit, but I haven't seen it yet. I was tempted to call them back, but I lost the number months ago.

I do not have a dually, but my 3500 4X4 SRW pulls my Wildcat 28BH just fine. I have thought about upgrading to 16" wheels and tires and putting 1.5" blocks on the trailer, then it would be perfectly level. Maybe after the tires wear out that are on it now.
