Adding Living Quarters

I'm looking to add spartan living quarters to my gooseneck horse trailer. I have a 2001 4-horse Sooner.

http://www.soonertrailer.com/segooseneck4h.htm

Amenities I'd want are insulation and siding, a sink, a few 110 outlets, and maybe a TV. I wasn't planning on putting in propane or a sewage system, we're just planning on using a small portable grill and having the sink gravity feed from existing tank and drain out the bottom. Can anyone direct me to somewhere I can get information for a conversion like this? I'd like to tackle it myself to keep costs down, but will have someone do it if it's too big a project. Can anyone recommend companies in the Seattle area that specialize in living quarters conversions? Thanks.

Its EZ to do......I added a L/Q to my enclosed trailer just need lumber and some items from a Camping Trailer store
I didn't put a sink in because without a holding tank some people get upset if they see drain water dumping on the ground
A small porta-potty should be included
