2007 4X4 and Fiver

I tow an 06 Jayco fiver, I used to tow with a 06 powersmoke 2WD. I just bought a new 1 tom dually 4X4 cummins. Anyway, this truck is 5-6" taller than the ford. Does anyone else tow a fiver with a 1 tom 4X4? I know I can get another inch or 2 from the B&W companion Hitch. THX!

I tow a 2007 Carriage Carri-Lite 5th wheel (36') with a 2006 4x4 Dually. The rig is about 6" above the bed. To top that off, the rig is level when hooked. Anthony
