03 2wd with rickson 19.5 wheels

is any one running a 2wd duelly with rickson wheels and Michelin XDE-MS 245/70R19.5 Load Range H tires in the stock suspension configuration. Will I need to lift the front to clear the tires.
I have asked around and no one knows for sure because they haven't done it with that size / brand tire
And if i need to lift it what are the consequences, problems, things to watch for etc.
Thanks
Thom

They are a 33 inch tire if that helps. I am going to them on the trailer so have been looking into it. You can also use 225 in the G rating, they are over an inch smaller diameter.
