Does the one offered on the DTR store with the PCM come with everything needed to read your fuelpressure or is that extra. If the answer needs to be PM'd that is fine. I couldn't find the kit if extra on the site but i may have over looked.

 

If you are looking to purchase for your 2003 truck it does not appear that the new pressure gauge kits are compatible for that model ADR1003-PCM 03-04 Dodge 5.9L w/Pulse Monitor.

If you are asking about your 99 truck then the answer appears to be yes.
