tech facts , missing codes , last update

I've been using the tech facts once and awhile and noticed that there are many missing codes , but the biggy seems that update over 2 yrs ago seems to be a very big lag for this info ,
whats up ?

If I still had my shop and updated computor software I would , but do not have access anymore .
Maybe someone could reply to this.
