i like forums that when one holds the mouse pointer over the thread or whatever, a little box pops up that contains the first sentance or two of the post, without having to click on the deal and wait for it to load, only to find out that it was something you didn't want to read. wow, that's a long sentance. does anyone know what i mean? could this site get a deal like that?

Yeah, I kinda figured that. I was just curious as to why the software manufacturers didn't make it a user option when they wrote the program. It would only be common sense to think that that feature would be a thing that some people love, while others would hate it.
Oh. Yeah. That 'common sense' thing again. THAT explains it!
chaikwa.

cheapo,
i click on "new posts" and then right click on the threads of interest, and "open in new window"
and let them open as slow (dial up) or fast as they want, then read them as i go, and keep my place in the new posts. or close them.
that way, i can make sure Begle1 don't post anything silly that i need to read..
i will say this, i guess alot of guys don't realize this site don't have "mouse over" and they post some really useless (2 word) thread names, so their questions and input get ignored, because we don't bother to click into them.
i donated a few flat panels for the server rack, and i want the "mouse over" function to work, does that make my vote count? (you ever get them installed?)
