I don't know of anyone who is a member and can't post pics. Are you talking about posting pics in your gallery or posting pics in the threads you respond to?

 

posting "attachments" per the "posting rules" in the lower left hand portion of the screen when scrolled down

My status is the same, but I can still post pictures in my posts as long as they are hosted somewhere else. I think what the "cannot post attachments" means is that you can not post a picture from your hard drive in a post (you can still submit it to your photogallery and have it approved).

The posting attachments feature was turned off for everybody. It's been that way for quite a while.

 

Even us "admins" can't attach pics that aren't already on the internet somewhere.
