Lot less hassle of cleaning. Plus you don't look like every other red dodge rolling down the street...but i don't think you have that problem with the crew cab.

Did you have that done or was it purchased that way? Either way thats one hell of a truck, you have me jealous.

Great truck. I'm interested in the paint you used. Could you give some more details? What kind of pipe is that? Was it chromed before you painted? Did you use the same stuff on the boxes and rims?

Yep, I'd like to know the paint details too.

Why Try,
I bought it this way. It was done back in '95 by a company in Texas. The back doors are fiberglass. The interior is shot. I'm headed to Ohio tomorrow to pick up some seats out of a 2002 truck. I've been working on it since I bought it to make it a nice daily driver. It still needs some work.

I'm really liking the red and black. Those stacks are just awesome. 7" is just the right size.

Pipe is .059x 7in OD cold rolled steel. It was never chromed just bare metal. I just used Black high temp paint that you can get at any automotive paint store, i did mix in some rock guard (the rough stuff you see on rockers of most cars) to hopefully hide what nicks and scrapes happen. Im still not sure how that will hold up, i can keep you informed. Theres another guy on here with a single 7" on a 3rd gen. He just used engine paint out of the rattle can ( Looks just as good). Wheels are pained with black, then clear coated.
