It was Windows Vista screwing things up. Took the XZT+ to work and completed a download with no problems.
Let us know if you find a work-around for Vista.

Just a quick comment. Tried the aggressive tune in an otherwise stock '02 HO. Very rough! Not a good choice for my engine at all.
Went back to the factory configuration. The power setting gives a nice kick in the pants and is smooth as silk. The mileage setting feels "close" to stock but I'm guessing there's a little more HP also. I'll track it for a few tanks and see if mileage changes. My truck has always got excellent mileage so it will be interesting to see if the XZT+ can improve on it.
thanks....Mike

Try the HRVP-44 tune. You might like it. But if you've been reading some of this thread, you'll notice that 2001 and 2002 guys are having some issues.

Well H E double hockey sticks Quad. I'd love to help out. But my shuttering isn't evident while I run the HRVP-44 tune. It's there a bit with the small inj tune and slightly noticable with the lrg inj tune. I'll still try what you got tho. James

I was up for 53 hours straight getting my wheeling rig ready for a trip to KY. I just woke up after crashing for 5 hrs. I have the box loaded but haven't tried it yet. I'll check her out before I hit the road.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!

Now if you can just squeeze a little more HP out of it and send me another tune in the next couple of minutes before I leave for Kentucky, I'll be a happy guy .
