Help.....Trying to load the Comp(BETA)tune, download like all the others, x2updater pops up, update module, says it takes the feature code, but when I update module the feature code does not show up. Says to download the net5 or whatever it is for those tune to work, downloaded it still no change. I can go back to the 2000 and it works normal, Im I missing something.

Also if I have the 3000 tune downloaded to my computer, how do I load that to the module. Thanks Tony

 

Have you contacted Quad with these questions? They were VERY helpfull with me when I needed them.

 

Do you have .NET ver 3.0?

The older tunes don't require it but, the new tunes do. If you have .NET 3.0 installed and you have an error you will get a file named error.log on your desktop and you can send that to me.

 

Thought I downloaded it, maybe it didnt take, not sure.....I'll try it again. Quad, is the comp. the same as the 3000? Thanks
