I just installed an xzillaraider standard & a commander on my 2000 3500 4x4 drw. I also installed & MBRP exhaust. I just dont seem to have the 120 HP as advertized. My boost only goes to 10-12 psi. With or without the xzilladaider on. With the xzillaraider set on 3 ( the 120hp setting ) I get some added power but it smokes like crazy. I mean black smoke the whole time even after the boost builds up to 10 psi. Anybody out there have one of these? Should I not see more power & higher boost?

 

You don't have enough boost. Check your intercooler boots sounds like you have a leak there somewhere as stock you should see more boost than that.

 

How do you check the inner cooler. Where can I read the boost pressure with a Fluke pressure meter?
