Won't pull past 3500 RPM

Ok now I finally put in the HD valve springs (after running the 4k GSK for a long time, keeping it under 3400 rpm)

Now i thought I'm ready to let thet truck pull right to 4000 RPM, but the trucks defuels right at 3500 RPM? whats the deal, to what point should the 4k GSK pull?

The srpings are a little loose I know, truck idles at 600 RPM.

Also the HD valve springs where shorter then the stock springs, but a whole lot harder! and had to put 2 washers that where included under the each spring, Anyone seen that before? the other set i had, where taller then stock ones!

A 4k in a 215 or 180 pump should pull right to 4k no problem. If your springs are loose, that could very well be your problem.
