Did you use the scotch-lok on the pump wire??? I am real gun shy of those connectors. Double check to make sure it has not cut all the way thru the wire.
The one I had problems with would work and then not work. Everytime I would hit a bump..it would not work. You know the bad part about it was that it was a tap into the lift pump to signal the push pump that was added to the truck by the prior owner.
When I finally traced the wire down to the lp...the lp wire fell apart in my hand..

The blue chip cover is designed to where you can't crack the circuit board underneath unless you are trying to.

So, can you change the cover back to stock before sending it in for service without them being able to tell any difference?

that use to work in the beginning, now as mentioned above, they dig into the ECM and find out anyway...you play...u pay
