Will these rims fit??
I have a 94 CTD dodge, 2500 4 x4 with stock steel rims. I was given aluminum rims off a 2001 2500 4 x 4. I was told that the 2001 aluminum rims will not fit my 94. Is this true??

Dave, the 2001 rims will not currently fit your truck. The backspacing is not corect. You will have to do some grinding. There is info on this if you do a search.

you can fit the forged aluminum rims on a first gen 2wd, they will not clear the steering arms on a 4x4 first gen. they will fit on the front of a 4x4 second gen, but wont clear the rear drums on the dana 70 in a 4x4 auto. i did not try them on a any other truck. but i have heard of guys shaving down the rear drums to fit them on the back of second gens. i eneded up bolting on the set i had on my wifes 90 suburban.
