Will the Quad max fuel mod work for me?
I am getting about 16MPG out of my truck. I am not sure if the Quad Max Fuel module will work with me having the Diablo Power Puck. Can I use them together or should I just take out the Power puck?

I bought a set of 3:77 gears to swapp out. I have to change the rear carrier. The cost was going to be around $1,200. I dont think I will be doing that. I sold the gears a couple of weeks ago. Do you think the Max module will get me up to 18MPG?

It should help, but the degree of change varies by truck. The best you can do is buy it and try it. If you don't like it they have a 90 day guarantee on the module.

The best way to get 18 or better is to limit your speed to 60-65 mph. Are you running mud terrains? If so, that will cost you 1 mpg.
Are you using a correction factor or did you get your speedo corrected? If not that will cost you 11% in your figures but zero in real life, it would simply mean that you are in reality driving 11% more miles than the odometer is showing and thus you are achieving more mpg than calculated.
If you are running less than 45psi, that will cost you another mpg. If your wheels are stock width and 315 rubber, you will not be able to wear them evenly at a good psi for mileage.
I just went down to 285's so I could run more psi and get better mileage due to lower rolling resistance.
