Will I notice much with the FASS?
I just got the Juice w/ Attitude and on level 5 she drops to 3 psi fuel pressure at around 19 lbs. of boost. Do y'all think once I get the FASS installed I'll see a big gain? I'm hoping I will since common logic tells me if I don't have the low psi warning going off and getting off the pedal at that time that once I get enough fuel to hit around 30-35 lbs of boost things should be different, right? I got the Fass 150 pump only, not the seperator one.

Unless you have a air leak between the pump and the tank. The sending unit was bad on my truck and all the fuel pump in the world won't fix that. I looped clear hose between the filter and the vp44 to check it.

Your boost numbers won't change until you put in a J-hook or similar to slow down the wastegate. Your still fueling with 3psi it's just not good for your VP. Still good to have a FASS to support the Edge box but your missing one piece, the J-hook.
Good luck.
Good luck.

I forgot to mention that I do have the j hook. Also, how big can I go with injectors and still keep my stock turbo? Only reason is that it is brand new, warranty replacement at 99,000 miles.

The stock hy/hx 35's are generally good for about 350 hp, but you have to watch your egt's on the upper end. So basically it depends on what level you want your chip on. Since you are running higher boost, you might be able to squeeze by with a little more with less egt worries.
Personally, I would go with 100 hp sticks, set the chip low, and go light on the go pedal, and or watch the gauges.
Something to consider once you are leaving the waste gate closed, is that your egt's can climb from restriction at the exhaust turbine. This is different from fueling egt's. I don't know how the choke point will play in with this setup, but it might be something to think about.
I would guess you won't see much difference from the FASS, which is good. Because the difference you would see without it is a dead vp.

Like I said before that is what I would do, but 2141pete may have a point. Especially if you exceed 30 psi of boost. I don't have my waste gate turned up on mine, so I am below 21 psi. (I really gotta do something about that)
Doing sticks will make the throttle a little touchier, and at low rpm has a little more tendency to induce axlewrap. Smaller sticks will be a little less touchy.
I would just go with tips, personally, but if you do the work yourself, BE SUPER CLEAN either way. It is extremely easy to contaminate the injectors. I can't stress this enough. The most miniscule little piece of grit will plug up a port and you'll have a terrible idle. Lots of folks have had lots of trouble with this.

I just say be carefull with bigger stick because I killed an HY and an HX35 before I finally went to a 62/12. The Mach 2's would probly be a good choice. With a hy's 9cm housing they will spool crazy fast.

Y'all think the Super B would be a good match for the Mach 2's? Sorry for all the questions but I want to do it right the first time & y'all really are helping me out here, thanks!
