Will Bigger Banjo Bolts Help Out Even On Stock Fuel Lines?
I plan to buy either the Scotty Fuel Kit or the Vulcan Fuel Kit in a few weeks. Will the banjo bolt upgrades help out on the stock lines? My friend has a stock truck with Edge Comp he asked about better fuel flow without replacing fuel lines and stock pump (he has stock intake pump on 2001). Will the bigger banjo bolts alone help his fuel flow?

Sure bigger banjo's will help, anything will help.
But if your going to go through the hassle of pulling all the banjo's to replace them with bigger ones, just put in a big line kit and be done with it. You have the fuel system all apart anyways.

I am now thinking about buying a fass pump and plumbing it into my vulcan kit.

I've done both. In fact, I'll sell ya my larger banjos without new o-rings. I DID notice an improvement by about 1lb maybe at cruise. Maybe 1/2 lb at idle with the larger banjos. But I was not satisfied so I moved the pump down to the tank and replaced 3 of the banjos with AN 3/8" fittings leaving two larger banjos in place between the filter and VP. That helped more. Then I replaced those with two fittings and 1/2 hose from Vulcan. That did not actually do much.
If I had to do it all again, sure, I'd skip the banjos and go straight to the AN fittings, but I had my reasons to go with them at the time and it seemed like a good step to me.
