After installing the system, I threw away the web address. Just email ron, he will give you the site again. PS some of the pictures never downloaded for me. Most of the install is kinda self taught. You will need a grinder to cut the blasted braided hose.

I think you might be talking about the fitting that has a threaded hole in it and if you are, it is already tapped for 1/8" npt (national pipe thread). I have the same system on my 99 which has a different fuel filter housing than your 02. Therefore, I used one of the 1/8"npt plugs that came out of the top of my fuel filter test ports. You can see a pic of my 99 set-up by clicking HERE
We also have an install article on our site. CLICK HERE
If you don't have a fuel pressure gauge to hook up yet or don't have an 1/8"npt plug,,,,,,,, can you use the schrader valve out of the banjo fitting that you did away with? Isn't that 1/8"npt threads? I'm not sure because I didn't have one.
Hope maybe this helps.

I thought an update would be good here since RATTLINRAM brought up the review article I wrote for the DTR some time ago.
Pressures are still the same and on the same lift pump. Pretty good for a stock lift pump considering the truck dyno's at 500hp and turns the 1/4 in 13.8 seconds.

Sorry about the max flow missing the instructions link.
No excuses. I forgot to double check your order.
As for the missing pictures, I sent those to Rod many times for upload. dunno what happened after that.

Thought ya dropped off the planet or had started driving a Ford! ,,,,,,,,, Just kidding,,,,,,,,,
I would have figured that you would have went to one of the other fueling methods, but it sounds like you don't have the need for anything else yet. That's impressive! When I installed mine, I couldn't help but think that the Max Flow would allow the lift pumps to last longer due to less restriction. I replaced the original lift pump on mine at around 45k because it was down to about 7psi @ idle with no mods. The Max Flow went on right after the new lift pump and then I added an EZ. It still idles at 16psi and has never dropped below 12psi, even when pulling the 5er. She's going on 86k now.

I'd walk before I drove a F***.
I check in from time to time. Two kids keeps us busy which leaves no time for racing. Truck now has 135,000 miles and the motor has never been worked on.
At 500hp I probably should have a higher flow system, but if it isn't broke I'm not going to fix it.
