why does my truck keep failing???

so i put it back on the dyno again today and 572 hp 1286 tq <<fuel only>><<uncorrected>> i dont get it??? i can destroy a brand new c6 vette my buddies 12.23 sti and a 700 plus hp 6.4 ford on a freeway pull any input would be great??? im trying a redline tomorrow finally so we'll see what that has in it over the adrenalin.... i dont think its a fuel issue and im seeing almost 60 on the street and 55 ish on the dyno and i cant clean it up either way.... so where is my problem ill prob have more info tomorrow after the redline runs to rule out the quad as the problem.... i honestly think i should easily hit the mid 600 hp mark with my mods even at this elevation<<uncorrected>>.... is that not a realistic mark???

anyone with input please chime in i am so tired of fighting this thing lol
thanks in advance

by the way the dyno is a dyno jet and im loading it as best as i can...
i have also had it on a mustang dyno and it actually looses hp at 565 ???

from what I remember the mustang dyno reads lower numbers, at least it did when I made my VW project some years back, I lost 20-30 h.p between dynos

I am not a 24 valve guy, but are you not getting to the limit of that vp44? I didn't think they could make the BIG numbers like the CR or P7100.

What did the curve look like? what was the highest gain on the curve. The box might not gain on the max HP, but somewhere in the power ban it should have boosted your #'s more than that.

It could simply be the dyno is not loading the engine fully. Last time I had the truck on the rollers it made a smokeless 347 horse power and 790 foot pounds. But out on the street it will blow a little smoke in 3rd 4th and 5th gear under heavy acceleration.

Are you still runnin a VP? How many miles is on it? I believe I hit my limit with my VP cause it has 205K on it and ive went from 7x.018's (around 300hp) to Mach 5's and power never changed on the dyno.

I don't know your truck that well but, that graph looks to me like there is a drivetrain issue or a pump issue.

What gear did they do the pull in? You get any codes after the pull, I used to get a map sensor code? You running a stack? I would guess that its more to do with pump. Mines does that around 2700rpm, sometimes it did it some times not. Does the truck clean-up the smoke on a wot pull? I ran 240 sized injectors and ran a 677rwhp a few years ago. I just used a comp drag box, for my big number. You run the larger sized connector tubes? I never heard anyone making more power using them over stock.

everything on the truck is new the dragon fire vp has maybe 200 miles on it along with most of the parts on my truck lol i tried it with overdrive on and off and no i didn't get any codes 4" exhaust all the way to the back no stack and no it doesn't clean up not even at 60 psi on the street lol i do run .093 lines and tubes and 6x16's with a lower pop pressure....
i played more with it on sat and raced my buddies 05 and he beat me by 2 trucks all day long like 15 different pulls the adrenalin made more power on the street than the redline box and on the dyno which is crazy and then sat night i played with timing and put it at 10 instead of 4 and changed the timing scale and boost scale and raced my buddy again a few times and beat him by a little more than 2 trucks and it ran way way better with the added timing so im just thinking i need more timing and more air and my truck should be closer to what i want for now
by the way my friends 05 did 650 uncorrected with a single on ii's dyno and another truck a 07 that my friend beat did 657 uncorrected with twins so i think my truck just doesn't like the dyno at all im way excited to take it to the track and have some real numbers to go by
