Who tows with a 12 valve with a 2.5 inducer turbo?

So who tows with something like a 62mm or 64mm charger? When Josh(teddy bear) had one on his i wasnt impressed at all with how it towed. Spooled great, and the power was there, but the SPS62 didnt keep temps very cool at all on the hills. I know my stock turbo'd truck would definately of run up the hill much faster with the same load, because its not hard at all for me to keep my EGT's in check. Honestly Im a big fan of the little HX35, but I do want to eventually get into pulling my truck some, and would like to run as big of a turbo as possible in the 2.5 class, which would be like a 64mm charger. Fueling will most likely be New Era 370's, with the 191 DV's I have, along with a 0 plate. Doubt if I will be going with laser cuts. Too much smoke and heat without much power gain. Of course this will all be with a built tranny, and im sure the head will get studded, O-Ring'd and hopefully ported at the same time. Tranny is definately nearest to being done, but im just planning for later on. I know I can tow with a 64mm charger, but id like to not have to just babysit the pyro. I have a valet switch if that makes any difference. So what do y'all think.

I tow with my 62/14. I run a 215 pump with a 0 plate, 370 marine injectors (new era 370s on the way). I think his slower spoolup was because of the superphat shaft series. I was told they spool a few hundre rpms slower than a phat shaft series.
The delivery valves are going to heat things up quite a bit.
Dont get me wrong, I still watch my pyro, but I am comfortable having my wife drive and not worry about her melting the engine.

I tow with my 1st gen with a 62/12 from HTT, still have to watch the temps, but not nearly as bad as the WH1C and the hybrid I had before.
