Extreme Diesel

I am considering drugs. <br><br>I am seriously considering the diesel dynamics kit that has the spray bar inside the manifold. The .157 solenoid will outflow any other kit, even the bully dog 2 stage kit with both the .125 and .63 solenoids on.<br><br>Who has nitrous? Which kit? Do you like it, and why?

I am running with my current plate about 1/3 forward. Any more fuel and it actually decreases the power and boost. Just more smoke. I got nuff fuel for one he!! of a shot of nitrous. My 913 has a modified rack stop cap. With the plate full forward the rack bottoms out on the plunger rotators. Boost falls from 50 to 40 and the james bond smoke screen comes out the back.

Has anyone successfully used propane as the fuel supplement for nitrous? I know this has been done on gasoline engines. I've also seen the propane kits for diesels, but have these been combined with nitrous setups? Seems like they'd be a perfect match.<br>Chris

I run the DD Nitrous System with the spray bar and it has worked extremely well. It's nice to have one jet to play with instead of two. My system gives me a little over 180hp but I have not jetted up yet. The biggest thing is make sure you have alot of fuel. My truck has DD Mega Mentals and an Edge Super Drag Comp, and a hx40 wastegated at 38lbs. of boost.

I have almost every thing for my NOS system that will go on in the spring. I have put together every thing piece by piece. Some is from an old gasser system I had around and the high flow valve also a .157 I got off of E-Bay. I have the intake elbow already tapped for a gasser fogger nozzle. I plan on running a 2 staged set up both through the same nozzle. <br>This is what I had planned until I went up to Boise and watched how much HP a twin turbo set up put down(no Smoke). I might be going twins in the spring instead : I was more than a little impressed ;D

I am currently running N02 + propane..... The N02 really can add to power output as long as there is adequate fuel (you really need lots of smoke when ON boost to take advantage of N02). My setup uses a .157 + .125 solenoid. Currently I make an additional 250HP with N02.<br><br>I would recommend O-ringing the head prior to playing with drugs. It is a lot easier to do the job right than to fix it later.<br><br>Good luck,<br><br>Doug

No good pics to post but the truck is a 2001, 24v, single charger, 4wd black sport SWB QC. Its got the skyjacker levling kit and 285 BF Goodrich mud terrains.

The truck has a DTT TC and tranny, Edge fueling box, Piers cam, B-1 turbo, Special injectors, Mega cannon filter, PE-4200 lift pump and custom fuel lines, 5&quot; exhaust, N02, and propane.
