It would be interesting to see how high your egt's get while empty or loaded. Elevation has some impact here as well. If your at sea level your smoke output level is less than if you live in the mountains.
Max boost 50+ psi guage only goes to 50.
It does clean up nice when its at 40-50 psi and the egts are 1100-1250 range
So is the turbo housing to big. 14 cm
70 mph 2-6 psi boost and 550-600 egts

Durning normal driving I think my truck smokes more with the tst off then with the tst in the lower settings. Even in the higher settings the truck runs pretty clean. I've heard the mach 4's don't smoke much more then the 1.5's

I can drive my truck with no smoke pretty easily. I just turn my drag comp off and drive easy. Even when im on the throttle hard with the box off it doesn't smoke much at all.

Yeah its kool ride. It better than a new ride and alot faster. Mine looks similar to your ride except its has the sport package. I'm dieing to try the race track and a dyno event. There too much work going on here to stop and do something different. I guessing that its a mid to low 12 second ride at sea level. This is my fastest ride yet. You get spoiled driving it as it likes to be abused. You can pass someone at 70mph and hit around high 90's by the time your finished passing. Hey your still running the orginal tires, cool. I'm just finishing off my second set. I dont' do burnouts out too often. I'm get old
